Sakthikumaran K is an educator, AI practitioner, and social entrepreneur who has spent his career building bridges between education, industry, and society. As the founder and director of Sarveshwar Academy, he built a skill-development institution defined by a single promise — "No Arrears, Only Careers" — pairing academic recovery with real industry readiness.
His drive came from a sharp observation: talented graduates were consistently underemployed, not because they lacked intelligence, but because they lacked the applied skills, communication confidence, and industry awareness that hiring actually requires. He has personally coached and mentored 500+ aspirants for UPSC, TNPSC, and competitive exams, and conceptualised the "Nanum Oru Saathanaiyaalan" movement that has empowered over 1,00,000 youth to overcome their limitations.
Today he serves as AI Development Head at Data Reveal, a global AI company, bringing cutting-edge AI practice directly back into Sarveshwar's curriculum. As founder of SESSWA and the 1Rs Team, his "One Rupee a Day" scheme has mobilised over ₹20 crores for education, healthcare, and disaster relief — work recognised nationally with the Man of Humanity award and an appreciation from former President Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam.
